✓ Add and Drop Form / Change of Subjects Students who need to add and/or drop courses from their registration should complete the Add and Drop Form. ✓ Registration Form for Academic Warning Students Students who are currently on Academic Warning and need to register for courses in accordance with the applicable academic requirements should complete this form. ✓ Registration Form for Probation Students Students who are on Probation and are required to register within the applicable probation credit limit should complete this form.
